A tool built for everyone is a tool built for no one in particular.

Your unique practice deserves unique solutions.

Your processes should be descriptive of how you work, not a prescription forced by your software.

Instead of constraining yourself with out-of-the-box planning tools, take ownership of your tech stack.

Let’s work together to create CRMs, dashboards, workflows, and planning tools using flexible low-code software that are shaped to fit precisely with your firm's way of working.

You know your way of doing business better than any software provider. Take control of your technology by building it intentionally.

A new perspective on systems

I approach technology questions through the lens of a planner first. Having lead client relationships at boutique RIAs, I know the level of care required to perform world-class work. I also know that any efficiency gained isn't worthwhile unless it maintains - or improves - the quality of your planning.

Rather than increasing efficiency at all costs, my goal is to increase your firm’s effectiveness while decreasing the friction between your technology and your ability to get stuff done. We’ll accomplish this by building a custom planning platform that serves as the hub of your business. We’ll incorporate your way of working with my planning and operations insights to build something that fits your practice like a glove.

The process

  • We’ll start by identifying the pain points you experience with your current technology stack. We’ll flag areas of friction between your way of working and your software. Then, we’ll set the vision for how to build something that feels like a second brain.

  • Unique doesn’t mean we have to build from scratch. We’ll start with a CRM template that includes clients, tasks, and a few simple dashboards.

  • As you experience the new system, we’ll identify what parts of your existing solutions should be maintained. Where possible, we’ll work to clone your favorite parts of existing software to consolidate your tech stack. In other places we’ll use integrations to sync your data as much as possible.

  • With time, you’ll become comfortable with your new CRM and will start to wonder what else we could build. As you experience those “wouldn’t it be nice if it could ___” moments, we’ll check in and iterate on the roadmap. As your business and planning style evolves, so too should your tech.
